Improvements and repairs usually mean noise, disturbance and a lack of privacy for tenants. B&O takes a completely new approach by fixing prefabricated wood elements to the building’s exterior. The key to the system is that these elements come already equipped with thermal insulation, panel heaters and built-in windows. During the construction phase, inconveniences and disturbances to your tenants can be kept to a minimum.

This innovative technology has huge potential for the quick and tenant-friendly retrofitting of apartment buildings. The system has been tried out on a multi-storey housing unit in our residential park with the cooperation of the Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences.
