In this pricing model, our maintenance staff carry out services based on standard rates charged by professional tradesmen. The high level of automation and the mobile connectivity of our maintenance staff allow us to generate invoices for each individual service directly from our billing system.
INSURED DAMAGES
In the case of insured damages, B&O bills the insurance company directly. B&O uses an automated and standardized claims processing system specifically designed by B&O for the residential housing and insurance industries.
UPKEEP, REPAIRS, EMERGENCY SERVICE
B&O carries out inspections, and services all types of technical installations. This lowers your costs in maintenance. Our emergency service takes care of any kind of technical problem seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
